Shipping policy

Our normal delivery times are 2-4 business days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday. If delivery delays occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at: hello@piffa.co.

Your package is sent to DHL and remains with your service point for 7 days from the time a notification has been sent to you. After 7 days, your order is returned to our warehouse. For all packages that are not collected, Piffa reserves the right to charge you, the customer, SEK 250 for Piffa's costs incurred for return shipping and handling.
