Shipping policy
Our normal delivery times are 2-4 business days. Note! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday. If delays in delivery occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: hello@piffa.co.
Your package is sent to a DHL Service Point and remains there for 7 days at your agent, from the moment a notification has been sent to you. After 7 days, your order will be returned to our warehouse. For all packages that are not collected, Piffa reserves the right to charge you as a customer 250 SEK for Piffa's incurred costs for return shipping and handling.
