1. About Piffa Sverige AB

2. Order
When you have completed your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details about products, price, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at hello@piffa.co.
3. Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 2-4 working days within Sweden. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are sent at the earliest on the following Monday. If delays in delivery occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: hello@piffa.co.
Your package is sent to PostNord and remains at your agent for 7 days from the time a notification has been sent to you. After 7 days, your order will be returned to our warehouse. For all packages that are not picked up, Piffa reserves the right to charge you as a customer 250 SEK for Piffa's incurred costs for return shipping and handling fees.
4. Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right for price changes caused by price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
5. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a legally mandated 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the moment you have received a product you ordered.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you regret your purchase and contact us before returning products for the return to be approved. The message should be sent to us hello@piffa.co. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns.
You should return the products to us immediately and no later than the legally mandated 14 days after the cancellation notice.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
The handling of the return may take up to 10 working days.
On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the item in the case of used or damaged products.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:
Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (the sealing) has been broken by you.
Products that are characterized as sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
Custom-made product, which has been tailored specifically for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the service commencing without the right of withdrawal.
Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

6. Complaints and Complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the defect free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects must always be reported to hello@piffa.co where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
If we are unable to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.
7. Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise from the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or missing delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been altered by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
8. Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website as well as the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the products' exact appearance as some color variation may occur depending on the display, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to showcase the products as accurately as possible.

The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Shopify Payments.

To be able to deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. The information shared with the shipping company includes first name, last name, and delivery address details. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notifications.
The shipping company we collaborate with is: PostNord.
10.4.3 Newsletter
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
We use Shopify Email for sending newsletters.
10.5 The right to access
You have the right to obtain a copy of all information that exists about you with us. The copy is delivered electronically in a readable format.
